A dedicated executive committee has been established for the 2026 Inner West Art Fair, ensuring a diverse representation of artists, styles, and offerings that resonate with the Inner West Art Fair's commitment to inclusivity.
We are thrilled to introduce and showcase this year's esteemed executive committee below:
JULIA BEVIS
She / HerFounder and Director of Inner West Art Fair
Julia is not only a distinguished Artist and Creative Director but also a visionary force shaping the artistic landscape.
From her Newport studio, Julia intricately explores the significance of place, weaving seamlessly between urban spaces and the untouched beauty of nature.
Beyond her art, Julia pioneered the 2023 Inner West Art Fair, a groundbreaking, commission-free event she directed and founded. The inaugural event featured 29 artists at The Substation, reflecting Julia's commitment to grassroots art and the joy it brings.
Reflecting on her vision, Julia emphasizes, “It has always been important for me to create an opportunity to exhibit art at its grassroots and have fun along the way. In my belief, the quality of art is enhanced when you’re having fun.”.
TARA CULL
She / HerVice President
Tara brings over 15 years of experience in the design industry as both a landscape architect and a highly skilled painter. She currently works at the AFL, where she designs learning experiences that integrate multimedia elements and engaging graphics to support players, umpires, and community members from all backgrounds.
As the creative director of Visual Radio, Tara combines her artistic talents with strategic vision. Her diverse expertise has been instrumental in the growth and success of the Inner West Art Fair.
LIA ARRAIANO
She / HerSelection Committee Member
Lia’s connection to the arts stems from a decade long passion for street art. She was an early contributor to the global community platform StreetArtCities and is currently part of its curator team for Melbourne. With a deep appreciation for both systems thinking and creativity, she brings thoughtful leadership and a genuine commitment to community in her role on the Executive Committee of Inner West Art Fair.
Outside the Arts, Lia brings over 20 years of experience across academia and corporate roles in R&D and applied Plant Sciences, with strong international exposure gained through living and working in Portugal, The UK and France. She offers a global perspective, strong collaboration skills and a strategic yet people centred approach shaped by working across cultures and disciplines.
SIMON STAPLES
He / HimTreasurer
Simon brings over 15 years of experience working across government and industry, with a strong focus on taxation, economic and fiscal policy, public advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. He has played a key role in raising public awareness of the significant fiscal and taxation contributions made by corporate Australia through strategic advocacy campaigns involving government, media, and civil society.
Passionate about the community arts sector, Simon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Inner West Art Fair, contributing valuable insight and leadership to its continued growth and success.
YOLANDA SEVERI
She / HerSecretary
Yolanda brings over 15 years of experience working with the Big Four and is now an integral member of the Nixora Group team. As a highly skilled illustrator, she maintains a strong connection with Melbourne’s arts community, combining her commercial acumen with a deep understanding of creative industries. This unique blend of skills enables her to support both commercial and artistic business growth with strategic insight.
MARCE KING

Marce is a distinguished portrait and figurative artist whose work captivates viewers through a profound exploration of the human form. Based in Australia, thier artistic journey has spanned multiple continents, drawing inspiration from diverse cultures and lived experiences. With extensive experience in the art industry, Marce brings expert knowledge in exhibiting work and participating in art fairs, offering both artistic depth and professional insight.
